“I had been considering a Bernese Mountain Dog for several years and after extensive research and by chance meeting a few “Berners” from Swiss Silhouette Kennels, I knew I found a responsible breeder that I trusted. My Bernese Mt. Dog, Poppy is a wonderful, happy, intelligent dog with a great disposition. She is inquisitive and not it the least bit skittish or fearful. She is great with people and other dogs and has been a joy to be around since day one. Separation anxiety is not in Poppy’s vocabulary. She loves being in the car, hiking mountains and cruising along the beach. We spend weekends on the trails where we meet adults, kids, dogs and horses each encounter is met with her being a confident and well behaved puppy.
